Are you looking to exchange experiences and best practices in quality assurance with other European agencies? The Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) invites you to our 2nd Staff Mobility Exchange Week (USW) – a unique opportunity for collaboration, learning, and networking for employees in European quality assurance agencies!

What to Expect?

We bring together 5–6 quality assurance agencies to discuss shared challenges and explore innovative approaches through a mix of workshops and presentations. Participating agencies are strongly encouraged to contribute by leading a workshop or giving a presentation.
Each organization may send up to two representatives.

Programme Overview:

Monday: Introduction & Country Presentations

Tuesday: Experiences and challenges with developing relevant external Quality Assurance Approaches

Wednesday: Cross-border Quality Assurance (including visit to Swedish HEI)

Thursday: European Standards and Guidelines (ESG) – What’s Next?

The programme also includes the possibility to schedule meetings on any relevant topic with members of UKÄ: s staff on Thursday afternoon.

The week includes dinners and social events, hosted by UKÄ, to facilitate networking in an informal setting.

After the deadline, we will decide upon final participation based on factors such as geography and willingness to contribute to the programme.
